Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the United States & Canada
Please note that for Canadian Orders, UPS may charge a brokerage fee paid by the customer upon delivery. Please check with UPS before placing your order to see what the brokerage fee will be.

How Long Does it Take for Order Processing and Shipping?

The day we receive your order is Day 1. All orders are handmade to order, and are usually shipped out by day 3 (or 2 days after receiving your order). From this point, it takes another 2-4 days for you to receive your order depending on where you live. For Canadian orders, please allow 6-10 days to receive your order. A tracking number is emailed to you the day it is shipped. All orders are shipped from Cleveland, Ohio.

ALLERGY INFO:  Are your products Gluten Free?

Our products are handmade alongside other products that contain wheat. And some of our products DO contain wheat. If you have a Gluten allergy, please read all of the ingredients on the specific product you are interested in. The ingredients are listed on our website.

How Do I Know Which Product is Right for my Curly Hair?

Since every curl and wave is different, in the beginning what you may order might be based more on preference or what you like to use currently. Things to think about before purchasing are - do you like a softer or harder hold? Do you like products with Aloe or without? Is your hair damaged or in a more healthier state? When I (Laura) started out on my curly journey, and had very damaged hair, I found that the Harder Hold Custard with Aloe and Agave worked better for my hair. Then as my hair got really healthy, the Soft Hold Custard worked better for me. Everyone is different. Both Curling Custards give great hold, shine, definition and frizz free curls. Since your products are natural, do they have to be refrigerated?

Great question! No, our products do not have to be refrigerated. There is a preservative in the products that allow them to be kept at room temperature and have a shelf life of 12 months.

Can Products Be Returned if They Don't Work for My Curly Hair?

Since each wavy and curly haired person is different, all products may not work the same for everyone. If you are new on your curly journey, you may just need a little help on learning "how" to use the products on your hair. Since the products are handmade, they cannot be returned, Please contact laura@yourcurlygirl.com and I will be more than happy to discuss the products with you.

What is the Shelf Life of Your Curly Girl Products? 

Your Curly Girl Products expire 12 months from your purchase date. Keep in mind that all products in your bathroom (especially natural based ones) have an expiration date! If you are noticing that your products are no longer working for your hair, please check the expiration date.
